Two assistants that take the busywork off your desk

AI Email Assistant
$400 setup + $125 / mo
Runs a few times a day in your own Microsoft 365 or Gmail inbox and:
- Sorts mail into folders and pulls receipts, notices and newsletters out of the way
- Writes reply drafts in your voice for anything that needs you, with the answer already worked out
- Flags the urgent items so nothing important gets buried
- Offers appointment times from your calendar, with tentative holds, for you to send
The Email Assistant never sends or deletes anything. Drafts wait in your Drafts folder for you to review and send. It runs in your own AI account, so your email is never stored on our systems. Setup connects your inbox, builds your sorting rules and tunes drafts to sound like you; the monthly fee covers adjustments and support.
AI Quote & Estimate Assistant
$600 setup + $175 / mo
Watches your inbox for quote requests and works from your price list, labor rates, past jobs and the suppliers you buy from. It handles quotes only; sorting and drafting your other email is the Email Assistant. It:
- Builds quotes and estimates in your format, ready for you to review and send
- Spots quote requests missing details (size, location, timeline, photos) and asks for exactly what you need
- Checks current material prices from your suppliers, with the source and date for every price
- Checks every quote and draft against your terms and past emails for contradictions
You approve every quote and every price. Unlike the Email Assistant, it can send two kinds of message on its own: the request for missing details or photos and one reminder, if you turn that on, in wording you approve. It sends nothing else. It never makes up a price; if it can’t find a current one, it says so. Setup loads your price list, labor rates and quote template; the monthly fee covers price updates and support.

Software we built drafts the posts, checks them and publishes them on schedule. You set the rules, and anything new waits for your approval.

- $750 one-time for up to 5 pages. Larger builds are quoted in writing as a fixed price before we start.
- Ongoing posting and updates
- A flat monthly plan: Starter $350, Growth $550 or Pro $850. Compare the plans.
- Terms
- 6-month starting term, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Founding rates are locked for 12 months when you sign during our launch. Plans are billed monthly in advance; the website build is 50% to start and 50% at launch; add-on setup is billed at setup. If you leave, we hand over your website files and a full backup and remove our access. We work hard for results, but no one can honestly guarantee search rankings, followers or sales.

- You own your domain, site, content and accounts. You add us as an admin, so no passwords change hands.
- Where we work
