Modern manufacturing runs on reliable control systems.

And that starts with expertly written PLC programs. We design, develop, and integrate robust, scalable logic that runs your equipment — and that the next person can actually read.

Overview

What we deliver

A PLC program is a document your maintenance team will be reading under pressure, years from now, while a line is down. We write it accordingly: clean structure, meaningful tag names, real comments, and documentation that leaves the plant with you.

That applies whether we are writing a new machine from scratch, rescuing logic somebody else abandoned, or retrofitting controls onto equipment older than the technician running it.

Custom PLC development

Tailored ladder logic, structured text, and function block programming built around your exact machine requirements.

Upgrades & retrofits

Replace obsolete controls, improve cycle times, and modernize legacy equipment without replacing the whole machine.

Troubleshooting & optimization

Diagnose faults, streamline logic, cut downtime, and improve system performance.

HMI & SCADA integration

Operator interfaces people can actually use, real-time data visibility, and clean communication between machines and plant systems.

Capabilities

Platforms and capabilities

Platforms we program

Deep experience across the controllers actually found on plant floors in this region.

  • Allen-Bradley / Rockwell
  • Siemens
  • Mitsubishi
  • Omron
  • Beckhoff

Robotic integration

PLC-to-robot coordination, safety interlocks, and synchronized motion for fully automated cells — including FANUC, Universal Robots, and Yaskawa.

HMI & visualization

Screens designed around how operators actually work: fault messages that say what to do, not just what failed.

Legacy rescue

Undocumented programs, missing source files, retired platforms. We reverse-engineer, document, and modernize.

Safety-compliant design

Interlocks, e-stop circuits, and guard monitoring designed to hold up to audit.

Documentation

Clean I/O lists, network diagrams, and program documentation handed over as part of the job, not as an upsell.

FAQ

Common questions

Which PLC platforms do you work with?

Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Beckhoff, plus integration with FANUC, Universal Robots, and Yaskawa robotics.

Can you retrofit controls on old equipment?

Yes. Modernizing controls on a mechanically sound machine is often a fraction of the cost of replacing it, and usually improves cycle time in the process.

We lost the source code for a machine. Can you help?

Usually. We can often recover or reconstruct logic from the running controller, document it properly, and give you a maintainable version going forward.

Do you handle the HMI and SCADA side too?

Yes — operator interfaces, alarm handling, data collection, and communication up to plant systems.

What do we get at the end of the project?

Working equipment, commented source code, I/O and network documentation, and training for the people who will maintain it.
