Rutherford Land Clearing: a new business with a full online presence from day one.
Rutherford Land Clearing is our sister company. It does forestry mulching and land clearing in Rutherford County. Nobody hired us for this one: we built its website, its estimate tool and its social media ourselves, and we run them every day. It is where we prove this work before we offer it to you.
A crowded market and no time to post
Land clearing around Murfreesboro already had plenty of operators when we started in September 2026. Most of them had a phone number, a Facebook page and not much else.
So the plan was to win on the web: be the easiest company in the county to get a price from, and be the one that shows up when someone who just bought five overgrown acres starts searching.
The catch is the one every owner-operator has. The person who would write the posts is the same person running the machine.
Make the price easy
Publish per-acre pricing and give a range in a minute, without a phone call.
Answer the real questions
Cost per acre, permits, mulching or bulldozing, best time of year.
Post without the owner
Content goes out on schedule whether or not anyone has a free evening.
Built to get a price in front of people fast
A fast site with a page for each service and for the towns it serves, published pricing, and real photos and drone video from its own jobs.

- Referral program
- Neighbors, contractors and real estate agents get a personal link. They get a text at each step and a private page showing every referral and what it has earned.
- Reviews
- One short link sends a finished customer straight to the Google review form.
- Search and AI
- Service and town pages, structured data for Google, and a plain-text summary written for AI assistants.
A price range in 60 seconds, and the workflow behind it
The estimate tool is the center of the site. To the customer it is three short steps on a phone. Behind it is a workflow that measures the job, prices it the way the owner would, and has the lead in the owner's hand before the customer has put their phone down.
- Find the propertyThe customer types an address or taps “Where I am.” The map opens on aerial imagery with the county's property lines drawn on it.Aerial map + county parcel records
- Mark what to clearOne tap selects the whole parcel, or they trace just the part they want cleared. The tool works out the acreage from the shape.Acreage measured automatically
- Add phone photosThree to five photos from the edge of the lot. AI reads them in about 10 seconds and suggests how heavy the growth is, how good the access is and how steep the ground is.AI photo read
- Pick a finishKnock down, fast clear or clean finish. Each one is a different attachment with its own per-acre rate, shown on the button. One price table for the whole site
- See the rangeAcres times the rate, adjusted for access, slope and small jobs, with a minimum. The customer sees a low and a high number and how it was worked out.Same math the owner uses
- Text and follow upThe range is texted to the customer and the lead is saved and sent to the owner with the map, photos and numbers. A free walk-through and a firm quote follow.Lead captured + text message
The details that make the number trustworthy

- One source for prices
- The rates live in one place. Change a rate there and the price table on the site, the tool and the saved estimate all change together.
- It knows when not to guess
- Mature timber gets no number at all. The tool says the job needs a look and offers a free walk-through.
- The customer can correct it
- The photo read is a suggestion. The customer can change the vegetation, access or ground and watch the range update.
- Shown and saved numbers match
- The figure on the customer's screen is the figure in the owner's lead list and in the text message.
- Referrals carry through
- If the customer arrived on someone's referral link, the estimate is tagged to that person automatically.
- Built for a phone in a field
- GPS location, big buttons, photos shrunk before upload so they send on a weak signal.
- Consent done properly
- Text messages need a checked box, with opt-out wording, a privacy policy and terms linked beside it.
We can build the same kind of tool around how you price: by the square foot, by the hour, by the load or from a parts list.
Content that goes out whether or not the owner is on a machine
The owner's part is to take photos and video on the job and drop them in a folder. The system we built does the rest.

Blog, twice a week
Posts on what customers ask before they call: cost per acre, permits, how long a job takes, mulching compared with bulldozing. Every post links to the estimate tool.
Instagram and Facebook
Photo posts and short job videos published on a set schedule, cut to one brand look, from the job photo folder.
Google Business Profile
Regular updates on the profile people see in Google Maps, so the listing stays active.
Checked before it posts
A second, independent check confirms each picture matches its caption. If it does not, the post is held.
No repeats
The system tracks every photo and clip it has used, so the feed does not show the same shot the same way twice.
Reviewed every week
Each post's results are recorded. Every Monday the best and worst posts are compared, and the next batch is adjusted.
How it runs: software we built drafts the posts from real job photos, checks them and publishes them. The owner sets the rules and approves anything new, such as a price or a claim.
The same setup, for your business
Everything above is a service. It fits any business that works on site and has jobs worth photographing: contractors, landscapers, fence and concrete crews, shops and trades.
Website
Service pages, town pages, your photos, and pricing if you want it published.
Lead tools
An estimator or quote form built around how you price, with text follow-up.
Posting
Blog, Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile on a schedule.
Reporting
A weekly look at what brought in calls and what did not.
