What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us through the contact form or the request-for-quote form: your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, project details, and any files you attach.
Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses and browser information. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it.
Files you upload
Drawings and files submitted through the RFQ form are treated as confidential and used solely to prepare your quote and perform the work. If you require a signed NDA before sending drawings, contact us first and we will handle that.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.
Third parties
The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, which is subject to Google’s own privacy policy. Our website and email are hosted by our hosting provider, who has access to data in the ordinary course of providing that service.
Retention
Inquiries and quote requests are kept as long as needed for business and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
