Overview

CNC machining & fabrication capabilities

Design to reality, on the same floor as the automation work that usually needs it. Prototype parts that let you prove a concept before committing to tooling, and production runs held to consistent tolerance once the concept is proven.

We machine aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, plastics, and composites, with multi-axis milling and turning for complex geometry. Where it makes sense, robotic cells and automated inspection keep quality consistent across a run instead of drifting through a shift.

And because our machinists sit next to the engineers building your automation, a fixture that needs a change gets it the same day rather than the next purchase order.

Prototype machining

Fast turnaround on one-off parts so you can validate a design before tooling up.

Production machining

Repeatable quality across a run, with inspection to prove it.

Multi-axis milling & turning

Complex geometry without splitting the part across three setups and three vendors.

Material expertise

Aluminum, stainless, titanium, plastics, and composites — each cut the way it wants to be cut.

FAQ

Common questions

What materials do you machine?

Aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, plastics, and composites, along with mild and tool steels for fixturing and tooling.

Do you take one-off prototype work?

Yes. Prototypes are a large part of what we do, and often the first step toward a production program.

What file formats can you work from?

STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, STL, and PDF drawings. Send whatever you have — we will tell you if anything is missing.

Can you handle production volume?

Yes. Scalable capacity with automated inspection and robotic cells where the volume justifies them.

Do you offer finishing?

We coordinate post-processing including anodizing, powder coating, and plating so the part arrives finished rather than as your next errand.
