Welding that holds up on the floor.

MIG, TIG, and robotic welding for the structures automation actually needs — frames, guarding, conveyor supports, fixtures, and the repair that has to happen before second shift.

Overview

General and precision welding services

Automation projects generate a constant stream of welding: the stand that holds the robot, the guarding that keeps people out of it, the bracket that did not exist until the sensor needed somewhere to live, and the fixture that has to be dead-flat and repeatable.

Having that capability in the same building as the controls work removes the most common source of schedule slip. There is no waiting on an outside shop for a two-hour job, and no shipping a fixture across the county to adjust it by a sixteenth.

We also handle repair work — cracked frames, worn wear plates, broken brackets — including on-site when the part cannot come off the machine.

MIG

Fast, strong welds for structural steel, frames, guarding, and general fabrication.

TIG

Precision work in stainless, aluminum, and thin-wall material where appearance and heat control matter.

Robotic welding

Repeatable, high-volume welds — and cells we can build for you to run yourself.

On-site repair

When the part cannot leave the machine, we bring the machine to the part.

Capabilities

What we weld

Structural & frames

Robot pedestals, machine bases, mezzanines, conveyor supports, and equipment stands.

Safety guarding

Fencing, barriers, gates, and access panels built to fit the cell rather than approximated from a catalog.

Fixtures & tooling

Weld fixtures, assembly fixtures, and holding tooling built to hold tolerance across a production run.

Sheet metal & enclosures

Covers, chutes, hoppers, and custom enclosures in steel, stainless, and aluminum.

Materials

Everyday work across the common shop materials.

  • Mild and structural steel
  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminum

Repair & modification

Cracked weldments, worn surfaces, and field modifications to equipment already in service.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you do on-site welding?

Yes. When a part cannot come off the machine or out of the building, we come to you — including on off-shifts to avoid taking production down.

Can you weld stainless and aluminum?

Yes. TIG work in stainless and aluminum is routine, including thin-wall and cosmetic applications.

Do you build weld fixtures?

We do, and we machine the components in-house, so fixture accuracy is controlled rather than hoped for.

Can you handle production welding volume?

Yes — manually for moderate volumes, and via robotic welding cells when the quantity justifies it. We can also build the cell for you to run in-house.

Will you work from our drawings?

Yes. Send prints, a sketch, or the broken part itself. All three happen regularly.

Free quotes and consultations

Have something that needs fabricating?

Send a print or a photo. Most quotes turn around quickly, and small repair work often the same week.
