FANUC and Universal Robots, integrated properly.

We deploy robotic systems across automotive, aerospace, food processing, and electronics — assembly, material handling, machine tending, and quality control — and stay involved long after the cell is running.

Overview

About our robotics solutions

Robots are easy to buy and hard to deploy. The arm is rarely the hard part; the hard part is the tooling, the fixturing, the safety design, the handshake with the PLC, and the hundred small decisions about how parts actually arrive and leave.

We handle all of it. Our engineers are trained and certified on FANUC systems and work daily with Universal Robots cobots, integrating articulated arms, SCARA, delta, and collaborative robots depending on what the application genuinely needs rather than what is on the shelf.

Because we also build the panels, weld the guarding, and machine the end-of-arm tooling in-house, there is no waiting on a third party to finish their piece before we can finish ours.

Certified expertise

Engineers trained and certified in FANUC systems, with hands-on Universal Robots experience.

Custom automation

Solutions built around your workflow and part geometry, not a catalog configuration.

Scalable growth

One robot on one machine, or a fully automated line. Same rigor either way.

Ongoing support

Maintenance, operator training, and system upgrades after the cell is signed off.

Capabilities

What we integrate

Robot types

We work across the full range and pick based on cycle time, reach, payload, and floor space.

  • Articulated arms
  • SCARA
  • Delta / pick-and-place
  • Collaborative robots (cobots)

Applications

The jobs robots pay for themselves on fastest.

  • Assembly and fastening
  • Material handling and palletizing
  • Machine tending
  • Inspection and quality control
  • Robotic welding cells

End-of-arm tooling

Designed and machined in-house so grippers, fixtures, and changeover hardware fit your parts exactly — not close enough.

Programming & training

Path development, cycle optimization, and operator training so your team can run and adjust the cell without calling us for every product change.

Safety & integration

Light curtains, interlocks, fencing, and PLC-to-robot coordination designed to meet the standards your plant is audited against.

Upgrades & retrofits

Bringing existing robots back into service, replacing obsolete controllers, and re-tooling cells for new products.

FAQ

Common questions

What robot types can you integrate?

Articulated arms, SCARA, delta, and collaborative robots. We select based on the application rather than a preferred brand, though our deepest certification is on FANUC and we work extensively with Universal Robots.

Do you offer programming and training?

Yes. We program the cell and train your operators and maintenance staff so routine product changes and adjustments do not require a service call.

Can you design custom end-of-arm tooling?

Yes, and we machine it in-house. Custom grippers, fixtures, and changeover tooling are usually where a cell succeeds or fails.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects run four to twelve weeks from approved quote to running production, depending on tooling complexity and lead times on the robot itself.

What happens after installation?

Preventive maintenance and remote support packages are available, and we keep documentation on file so a call at 2am starts with someone who already knows your cell.
