Control panels built to be worked on, not just to work.
Custom, precision-built control panels — laid out cleanly, wired properly, labeled thoroughly, and documented so the next person to open the door is not starting from zero.
Built to print or designed from scratch
A control panel is judged twice: once at commissioning, and again three years later when someone opens it with a meter in hand at the worst possible moment. We build for the second occasion.
That means logical component layout, wire duct that leaves room to work, ferrules and consistent labeling, drawings that match what is actually inside, and thermal management sized for where the panel really lives — not where the drawing assumed it would.
Bring us prints and we will build to them exactly. Or bring us the machine and the problem, and we will design the panel, build it, program it, and commission it as one job.
Built to your print
Working from your drawings or your customer’s spec, matched exactly.
Designed from scratch
Full design when you have a machine and a requirement but no drawing package.
Documented
As-built drawings, panel schedules, and I/O lists delivered with the panel.
Integrated
Because we also write the PLC code, the panel and the program are designed together.
What goes into a panel
Layout & design
Component selection, thermal calculations, and physical layout designed for serviceability and code compliance.
Wiring & assembly
Consistent wire numbering, ferrules, proper bend radius, and separation of power and signal.
Motor control
VFDs, soft starters, contactors, and overload protection sized for the actual duty cycle.
- Drive parameterization
- Motor protection
- Network-connected drives
Safety circuits
E-stop chains, safety relays, guard interlocks, and light curtain integration.
Networking
EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, and device-level networks wired and configured, not just landed.
Testing before shipment
Point-to-point checkout and powered testing on the bench so first power-up on your floor is uneventful.
Common questions
Do you build to our drawings or design your own?
Either. We build to supplied prints exactly, or design the full panel when you only have a machine and a requirement.
Can you build panels for our customers under our name?
Yes. We do contract panel work for integrators and OEMs, built to your standards and labeled as you specify.
What documentation comes with the panel?
As-built drawings, a panel schedule, an I/O list, and component datasheets. Everything you would need to service it without calling us.
Do you handle installation and commissioning?
Yes — we can deliver the panel only, or install, wire out to the field devices, program, and commission the whole system.
How long does a panel take?
Simple panels turn in a couple of weeks. Complex builds depend mostly on component lead times, which we flag in the quote rather than discovering later.
