Watch the whole build. Skip the drive.
One weatherproof camera takes a photo of your job every five minutes. You get a finished timelapse film and social clips for marketing, and if you want it, an evening report that checks the photos against the day’s plan so you know what got done without driving out.
Two builds, start to finish
Tap a video to watch it full size with sound. Both are animated illustrations of the service; the build, times and numbers are examples.
Pool builders. Camera under the homeowner’s eave, riding their Wi-Fi through our own small router. Dig to water in 42 days.
Home builders. Camera on the temp power pole, on cellular because a new lot has no Wi-Fi. Slab to move-in, one report per lot.
Marketing you didn’t have to film, and a job you can check from your phone
The build story
Weeks of work turned into content that sells the next job.
- A finished timelapse film for YouTube and your website
- A vertical Reel for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Weekly progress clips while the job is going
- Before-and-after stills
The daily site report
Send us the day’s plan or schedule. Every workday evening you get a short report.
- Each task marked Done, Partly, Not seen or Can’t tell
- Every “Done” links to the photo that shows it
- Deliveries and crew on site, with times
- It never judges workmanship, and inspections can’t be judged on camera
We run the camera
Our gear, installed and watched by our network team.
- Set up in one visit, removed at the end
- We get an alert if photos stop or the camera gets bumped
- Nothing changes on the owner’s network
- Neighbors, house numbers and street signs kept out of frame
Four steps, one visit from us
Install
A weather-rated camera goes up where it can see the whole job: an eave for a backyard, the temp power pole for a new lot.
Secure link
A small router of ours sends a photo every five minutes back to us over an encrypted tunnel, on the site’s Wi-Fi or on cellular.
Daily check
Each evening the photos are checked against the plan you sent, and the report lands on your phone.
The film
When the job wraps, you get the finished timelapse, the Reel and the stills, ready to post.
One job or every job you have going
Pick a single-project package for one job, or the multi-project plan if you run several sites at once. The camera and router are ours; we install, watch and remove them.
Single project
Build Story
The timelapse and the marketing
- Up to 8 weeks of photos, every 5 minutes, 7am to 7pm
- Install, aim, monitoring and removal
- Weekly progress clips
- Finished timelapse film, vertical Reel and before-and-after stills
- Longer jobs: $50 per extra week
Build Story + Daily Site Report
Everything in Build Story, plus
- An evening report every workday, checked against your plan
- Done, Partly, Not seen or Can’t tell, with the photo for each
- Deliveries and crew hours on site
- By email or text, to you and anyone you add
Multi-Project
+ $250 / mo account fee · 3 or more active sites
No per-job fee. The monthly rate covers each site from setup to the finished timelapse.
- A camera and a daily site report on every active site
- A morning summary of every site, sorted by superintendent
- A finished timelapse for each site when it wraps
- One highlight Reel a month across all your sites
- Move a camera to your next lot: $150 per move
Why the account fee? Running several sites takes more managing than one: keeping each camera on the right lot, moving gear between jobs, sorting reports by superintendent and building the morning summary. The account fee covers that, and the lower per-site rate keeps a busy builder’s cost per house below the single-project price. Clients on our Growth or Pro web and social plans get Build Story for $550.
Add-ons
| Add-on | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Cellular connection | $60 / mo per site | For sites with no Wi-Fi we can use, like a new lot. Includes the cellular hotspot and up to 50 GB of data a month (details below) |
| Drone visit | $150 / visit | Overhead progress shots or a dusk reveal for the final film; Murfreesboro area |
| Event-day video | $75 / day | Full-motion video on a big day (dig, pour, set, fill), cut into a short clip |
| Extra custom edit | $150 each | Another cut of your footage: a sales video, an ad or a model-home loop |
The cellular option, in plain numbers
A new lot or a bare commercial site has no internet. The camera only sends still photos, never live video, so a basic cellular connection covers it.
| Question | Answer | Why |
|---|---|---|
| How much data? | About 5–15 GB / mo | 144 photos a day (every 5 minutes, 7am to 7pm) at roughly 1–3 MB each, plus the camera’s small health check-ins |
| Plan we use | 50 GB / mo, hard cap | Room for busy months and event days, with no overage charges; we get an alert at 80% |
| Speed needed | 1 Mbps upload | One photo every five minutes is a trickle; a usable 4G LTE signal is plenty, 5G is not required |
| Signal check | Before install | We test the signal at the mount spot on all three major carriers and use whichever is strongest |
| Power | One outlet | The temp power pole’s outlet runs the camera, router and hotspot |
Live video is never streamed over cellular. On an event day the camera records full video to its own memory card, and we pull the clip when we visit.
